I decided to use Signal Mountain Pest Control based on the 5 star reviews I read, and we were not disappointed!!! Cody returned my call promptly, and it was a breeze to schedule him coming out. We had wasps living in our attic :o Not only did Cody discuss our options but was very reassuring as well (I was very nervous about it)! I haven't seen a single wasp since he's come out, and I cannot thank him enough for the peace of mind this has brought me! He was polite, professional, personable, and very easy to work with! He also sprayed both inside and outside for us while talking through my concerns about the safety since we have both pets and small children. He uses eco-friendly and safe products which we really like and appreciate! We will only use Cody moving forward for our future maintenance and pest control. ~ Pvz Z

I called Signal Mountain Pest Control after discovering a very large Bald Faced Hornets Nest under the eave at the peak of my pitched roof. Prob 40ft or so from the ground. SMPC was able to send someone at that day. The first technician was not able to reach the nest with his sprayer. Since he was not allowed to climb a ladder more than 6 ft up (insurance reasons). He left and the company sent out a different technician who was taller. The extra height and extended attachments to the sprayer worked this time. The tech was highly knowledgeable about the hornets and their nest building. The tech came back after the weekend. Confirmed the nest was dead and removed it. I was very pleased with the service. From booking to both techs. All were very nice and highly service oriented. Thank you SMPC. You earned my business going forward. ~ Dan M

I love supporting local family owned businesses. Cody and Kim are so kind and professional. I recommend their business without any reservation. Cody is reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and overall a genuine person. Being new to the area, Cody did a complete assessment of our yard and home. He uses the right solutions for the inside of our home and nontoxic spray for our pups. We use the monthly service and we never have issues with scheduling. Phenomenal. For context, I used to manage a plant health care department at a tree company in Virginia. While some aspects of the services themselves were different, I'm very familiar with how the business model of an establishment like Signal Mountain Pest works and how to provide excellent customer service. This company is, frankly, the best. I've had two technicians come out now, and both were friendly and knowledgeable. They solved the problems I had and answered all of my questions competently. Marsha is fantastic to work with. She is exactly the type of person you want as the first contact with a company. I've been plagued with a fair number of pest issues and couldn't be more grateful that I've had this company to work with. Please do not hesitate to sign up for one of their recurring service plans. After our last company we used, we went with Signal Pest Control. Signal Pest came out within the same week we called. Signal Pest offers a wide range of treatments for pests and rodents. They give you a heads up when it is time for treatments and very easy to work with. We have been with them a bit over a year now, very happy with the services! As per usual, we have no issues or complaints.They're fast and efficient and very friendly! ~ Joshua F

Once again for the 3rd year at least, maybe more years, Gavin was polite, informative, and efficient. He arrived on time, let us know he was about to spread the flea and tick material. He gave us time to get our dogs in the house and told us how long they had to stay off the treated area. He let us know when he was finished as well. We had a great experience with Gavin and the Signal Mountain Pest Control team! We had a couple wasp nests on the side of our house out of reach for us; they came out to spray down the nests within 24 hours of us reaching out, and came back later in the week to confirm the nests were clear and to remove them. Josh and his team are excellent. I had a massive carpenter bee infestation and the mouse guys couldn't put a dent it. After just one application from Signal Mountain Pest Control, 95% of them were gone and after the second treatment, they were totally eradicated. Cody was amazing to work with! I just bought a house in Hixson and discovered carpenter bees in the shed. Cody came out on very short notice. He took the time to check around the house and sprayed for ants at no additional charge. He was considerate and thoughtful - truly a pleasure to work with!
